Satellite Dishes

At the October 2015 the follow was proposal was presented by the Architectural committee and approved by the board.

     1. These devices may not be placed further forward than 15 feet from the rear of the residence.

     2. If placement is on a roof, facer board, or chimney, the device shall not be visible from the street.

     3. If placed on the ground, the device must be shielded from street view by appropriate shrubbery.

     4. The Architectural Review Committees placement judgment will be final.

       Existing Dishes are grandfather in. If they are moved they need to conform to the above.

Background:  From the Oakcreek Covenants:

 Article III, Section 12E: … satellite dishes which do not exceed one meter in diameter may be placed, allowed and maintained on lots or improvements subject to any applicable guidelines adopted by the Board of Directors or its duly appointed Committees.
