Minutes of the May 3, 2004 Oak Creek Homeowners Board Meeting

Meeting started at 7:00 p.m.

All Board members present: Beth Johnson, Tom Hytry, Fred Krug, Adam Sarauskas and Dave Hanck.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala, Heather Devermann, George Booras, and Carole Crum.

Pool: The code to get into the pool is “214”

Grounds: The Memorial trees and Plaque are done. Bids are being gotten for the

Tennis courts.

By-Laws: Homeowners are reminded that trailers, mobile homes, boats and recreational vehicles cannot be parked in driveways from more than 3 consecutive days.

New Business: There have been reports of kids ringing people’s doorbells. If this happens to you please note time and get that information to a board member.

Memory Day Weekend: Plan is for an informal, bring-your-own get together at the clubhouse at 7:00 p.m. – A flyer will be send out about two weeks before.
