OAK CREEK
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting
Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the following board members: Beth Johnson, Adam Sarauskas, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.
The following homeowners
were also present: Carole Crum, Dave Hanck, Don Hahn, Arlene Wymer and Sandy Worzala.
Presidents Report: The roads in the subdivision will be resurfaced this year. The contract with Oswego Township calls for the work to be done by mid November.
Treasurer Report: Asset balance is $45,084.18. Adam will have a detailed quarterly report next meeting.
Committee Reports
Clubhouse: Exterior trim painting has been done. Cost was $2500.
Pool: Will remain open pass September 23 depending on weather.
Grounds: Cracks in parking lot to be filled in – cost $715.
Architectural: Jim Lee showed some types of roofing that look like cedar. He will present at the annual homeowners meeting in January examples of roofing that may be
approved by the Architectural committee. He will have cost estimates for installing and a list of homes that have used the materials on their roofs.
There will be a web page set up on oakcreekhomeowners.org before the January meeting with link to different manufactures.
Old Business: The board voted to fine one homeowner according to the Rules and Regulations for habitually parking cars on the street. This was done after trying to work with the homeowners and failing.
New Business: The Annual Homeowners meeting and election is set for Monday, January 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Be thinking about membership on the Board of Directors.
The
Oak Creek Garage Sale will be 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. on Friday/Saturday September
30/October 1. Questions please call

New homeowner: Please welcome James Figueroa at 5 Fox Hill Court.
Next Meeting: Monday November 7, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Oak Creek Clubhouse.
Due to the fact that the September meeting was held late in the month there will be no October board meeting.
