HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.
Meeting
was called to order at
Board
members present: Beth Johnson, Tom Hytry, Adam Sarauskas and Dave Hanck.
The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala, Carole Crum, and Don Hahn.
Guest Lance Kelly, President, Farm Colony Homeowners Association (which covers Phase 1 of the new section of Farm Colony) introduced himself and talked about what their Association is doing. They are in the process of just getting started.

Report: The minutes of
Treasurer's
Report: No report
The Treasurer requested that the Committees prepare their 2005
budgets and give to Don Hahn before the December meeting if they have not done
so all ready.
Club House: The clubhouse has been
painted ($7500). Thank you to Dorothy Jarman for picking the colors.
Pool: New chairman of the pool committee will be Dave Hanck. Specials thanks to this year’s pool committee. Chair: George Booras and the committee: Linda Grahovec, Mike & Jean Brommer, Kelly Temple, Dave Hanck and Sarah Hahn. New volunteers are needed for next year.
By-Laws: Changes to Covenants and Bylaws should be submitted
to the December meeting to be voted on at the annual meeting.
Two
changes to the covenants that will be proposed at the December meeting:
1) Change Article III section
1: which states ”No
..more than two
domestic animal pets … shall be kept or maintained on any lot.” To “No .. more than four domestic animal pets, of which no more than
three shall be dogs, … shall be kept or maintained on any lot.”
2) Add to Article III – section
12 and new subsection H): which will state:
“Any external modification to an existing home needs
to have prior written approval by the Architectural Review Committee.”
Old Business: A plaque to commemorate Sarah Hahn’s years of service to the
Homeowners Association will be place in the pool area and a tree will be
planted to remember her.
New Business: The board approved the
creation of an Oak Creek Homeowners Web site.
The
cost of the site will be less then $100 per year. Tom Hytry is coordinating the
design process.
The
web site www.oakcreekhomewoners.org should be up and working by the time you get

Don Hahn wishes to express his many
thanks to the Oak Creek community for all the kindness shown him since Sarah’s
passing.
