Minutes of the May 1, 2006

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the following board members: Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry. Since only 2 members of the board were present we could not hold an official meeting.

Instead an informal discussion with the long range planning committee was held.

The following homeowners were also present: Ken & Jan Cheery, Jean Paetzel, Paul & Amy Eccher, Dave Hanck, Doug Palmer and Sandy Worzala.

Due to the efforts of Eric Paetzel and other homeowners who called the Oswego Township and asked that the driveway cuts be included in the resurfacing contact for the roads, it was included. For those that sent in their $125 in Ave 1000, either your check will be returned or if the check was all ready cashed, Ave 1000 will be sending you a rebate check. Thank for those the sent in the checks.

Long range Planning: There were 43 replies to the ”long range planning survey.” The top item was improving the subdivision entrances. The second and third top items were improving the fencing around the pool and expanding the seating area at the pool.

The replies concerning the tennis courts, must people wanted to either improving the existing courts or reducing two courts to one full court.

The long range planning committee is now looking at what it would costs for improving the entrances and the pool improvements.

Pool: Will open May 27.

Reminder: Even with the new road, the speed limit is still 30 mph. Please slow down; many residents use the road for walking, etc, since we don’t have sidewalks.

Next Board Meeting: Monday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m.
