OAK CREEK
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting
Called to order at
The following homeowners
were also present: Jan & Ken Cheery, Carole Crum, Paul & Amy Eccher,
Dean Fisher, Jean Paetzel, Judy & Doug Palmer, Arlene Wymer and Sandy Worzala.
President report: There was a brake in the subdivision last
month. People in the subdivision need to
look for unusual activities and vehicle in the neighbor and to take down
license plate number.
Committee Reports:
Assessment &
Finance: Committees are turning in yearly budgets.
Clubhouse: A new on
demand water heater was installed in the clubhouse.
Long range Planning: The committee met after the board meeting and prepared a survey (which is attached to these minutes) for homeowners to fill in. Please return the survey to Ave 1000 when you pay your monthly assessment.
New Business: Roads in the subdivision are scheduled
for paving first thing this spring. For
residents with Asphalt driveways, these driveways need to have a butt joint to
connect with the new street. This is not
in the contract that
