Present were the following board members: Beth Johnson, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.
The following homeowners
were also present: Sandy Worzala, Carole Crum, Dave Hanck and Don Hahn.
Treasurer’s Report: One homeowner is currently $1155 late in payments of their monthly assessments, interest, late fees and legal fees. Two notices have been sent with no responses. Attorney Serlin has send a notarized letter asking for full payment plus late fees. If this does resolve the issue a court date will be set.
Assets for the homeowners association currently are $49,550.00.
President’s report: Everyone
is invited to a dedication of the
Beth reminded everyone that the Board of Directors has a discretionary duty to enforce the covenants. If anyone is aware of covenant violations we encourage you to report that to the president. We ask that you use the form that is attached to the Rules and Regulations.
Vote on the two amendments to the Covenants: As of this date, only 48 homeowners have returned their ballots on the two amendments. Amendments to the Covenants require written approval of ¾ of the association members or 54 yes votes. The ballots were sent out in the last three mailings of the minutes. Since a unreturned ballot is treated as a NO vote, the two amendments have failed.
Committee Reports
Assessment & Finance – 2005 Budget: The Board approved the 2005 budget.
The budget is published on the website, www.oakcreekhomeowners.org. Go to the Board Minutes page and click on the link under the March 2005 minutes.
Club House: New 6’ or 8’ tables will be purchased.
Grounds: Two quotes have been obtained for summer lawn service. English & Son will be hired again.
Homeowners, please pickup after your dogs on the path, both around the lake in the woods.
