Minutes of the March 1, 2004 Oak Creek Homeowners Board Meeting

Meeting started at 7:00 p.m.

Board members present: Beth Johnson, Tom Hytry, Adam Sarauskas and Dave Hanck.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala, Sarah and Don Hahn.

Treasurers: Budget was approved without any changes from the copy send out in last month’s minutes. Don Hahn thanks Fred on his will written letter in last month’s minutes.

Pool: New chairs have been purchased for the pool for this coming year. Thanks go to

Arlene Wymer, Mike Brommer, and Jim Cosentino for there help transporting the chairs from the store.

The old chairs are available for free – contact Sarah Hahn if you are interested.

Ground: The grounds committee is looking at staying with English and Sons for the coming year.

Architectural: The architectural plans for Lot 2 have been approved.
