Minutes of the June 5, 2006

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the all board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Adam Sarauskas, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jeanne & Michael Brommer, Jim & Colette Cosentino, Carole Crum, Ken & Jan Cheery, Sandy Hurley, Jean Paetzel, Doug Palmer and Sandy Worzala.

Old Business: The board is getting quotes for trees in memory of Tracy Fahlmark and Sarah Hahn.

Assessment & Finance: The board approved the draft budget. A copy is on the club web site on the minutes page (see draft budget). Currently the homeowner organization has assists of ~$64,000.

Clubhouse Operations: Broken fan in the pool pump room. Will be replaced.

Pool: Pool committee is looking into plan of letting homeowners rent the pool earlier on weekends. Will report back at next meeting.

Grounds: A discussion was held on what we can do to improve the pond. It was referred to the pond committee composed of homeowners who live near the the pond.

Next Board Meeting: Monday, July 10 at 7:00 p.m.

Next Long Range Planning Committee Meeting- July 10th after Board meeting.
