Minutes of the June 6, 2005 OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were the following board members: Beth Johnson, Adam Sarauskas, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Dave Hanck, Sandy Worzala and Arlene Wymer.

Treasurer’s Report: Approved transferring $20,000 from money market to a CD for a higher interest rate. Insurance renewal is due. Adam will compare the cost of the Association insurance policy with another one.

President’s Report: Beth will send a covenant violation notice to a homeowner about an unsightly dead tree.

Committee Reports

Club House: Looking into painting the trim on the outside of the clubhouse. Thanks to Andy Beumel for picking up the new tables for the clubhouse.

Grounds: Path has been redone around the retention area (pond) for ~$4300. The fence will be straightened around the tennis courts.

Pool: Sarah Hahn Memorial plaque honoring her service to the Oak Creek community is in place by the sign up sheet.

Code for the pool is 528 (opening day). A new code block is being installed.

By-Laws: Jim Lee is looking into introducing a possible covenant change to allow using non-natural replacement roofing.

New Business: No new business

Next Meeting: Because of the 4^th of July, the next meeting will be Monday July 11, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Oak Creek Clubhouse.
