Minutes of the June 7, 2004 Oak Creek Homeowners Board Meeting

Meeting started at 7:00 p.m.

All Board members present: Beth Johnson, Tom Hytry, Fred Krug, Adam Sarauskas and Dave Hanck.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala, Mark Faulhaber, Arlene Wymer, Sarah Hahn, Donna Palmer and Carole C

Treasurer's Report:  As of May 31, 2004, we have $45,089.44 in our account.  All assessments are current.

Architectural:  Dave Price was appointed to the committee at a member at large

Pool: This year there are no lifeguards at the pool just pool attendants. There also was some discussion on allowing private swim lessons during adult swim times. Pool committee will make a ruling on whether to allow that.

Club House: Will be painted inside. Water Heater was repaired.

Grounds: Tennis Courts to be repaired. Note: The Tennis Courts are for tennis only. Grounds will be working on fixing the walking path.

By-Laws: Homeowners are reminded that trailers, mobile homes, boats and recreational vehicles cannot be parked in driveways from more than 3 consecutive days.

New Business: Tyler Temple (553-3518) has volunteered to put together/keep a directory of local service providers for Oak Creek. If you have had work done and want to recommend them call Tyler.
