Treasurer’s Report: Adam distributed a 6-month budget summary. We are on track. Association moved $25,000 from savings to a 13 month CD with 3.6% interest. Approved renewing insurance with State Farm for another year.
Committee Reports
Club House: Shower rooms painted. Board approved ~$2200 bid to paint the trim/windows on the outside of the clubhouse. Mark Faulhaber to repair rotten wood on one door frame..
Grounds: Driveway around clubhouse to be seal coated – estimated cost ~ $1400.
The fence will be straightened around the tennis courts (~$250). Committee starting to get estimates on tennis courts for next year including: replace both courts, replace with one court, or remove courts.
Pool: Looking into expanding fence on West side of pool by 2 ft to allow easier access to chairs. Beth reminded everyone that no one is allowed to climb over the fence.
By Laws: Reminder: Homeowners are to avoid habitual use of on-the-street parking. Trailers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles or work trucks may not be habitually parked in the driveway unless within a garage. (Habitually parked is defined in the Covenants as in excess of three consecutive days.) Every lot shall be kept in a state of good repair by the owners. Several violation notices had to be sent to homeowners.
