Minutes of the July 12, 2004 Oak Creek Homeowners Board Meeting

Meeting started at 7:03 p.m.

All Board members present: Beth Johnson, Tom Hytry, Fred Krug, Adam Sarauskas and Dave Hanck.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala, Sarah Hahn, and George Booras.

Treasurer's Report:  We have a balance of $47,222.

Pool: Chair is George Booras. Pool committee is having problem with allowing pool attendants to give private swimming lessons during adult swim times...

Club House: Getting a new bid for painting inside. Contractor who was going to paint it is no longer available.

Grounds: Tennis Courts to be patched. Getting quote on cleaning and putting new gravel on path. Memorial plaques are installed.

By-Laws: Only two pets allowed per homeowner (two dogs/ two cats/ or one of each).

New Business: Board is considering replacing. Atty. Larry Serlin with Atty. Charles Keovgh for Legal Agent.

Special Board Meeting to look at writing of Rule & Regulations for Oak Creek base on the Covenants and By-law set for July 21. 2004.

Next Meeting will be August 16, 2004. The Rules and Regulations will be presented.
