Minutes of the December 4, 2006

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the board members: Ned Hurley, Adam Sarauskas, Eric Paetzel, and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jeanne Brommer, Diane Brooks, Carole Crum, John Farrell, Dave Hanck, Sandra Hurley Beth Johnson, Doug Palmer, Jean Paetzel, and Sandy Worzala.

Assessment & Finance: We currently have 53K in reserves and will likely have 60K at the end of the year.

Clubhouse: Looking into the cost of installing installation in the attic of the clubhouse to cut down on heating bills.

Stove in the clubhouse needs to be replaced (Hole in top). If any homeowners have a

stove top oven that they are replacing the clubhouse could us it.

Pool: Getting estimate for a new well.

Social Committee: The board thanks Ellen Larson and Gwen Meyer for their work in setting up and running the association’s Holiday party on December 1^st.

The Board and the Long Range Planning: The board and the Long Range Planning Committee will be presenting at the annual association meeting in January a proposal for making improvement of the clubhouse and pool. The proposal will require a special assessment of about $450 dollars.

Next Meeting: Annual Oak Creek Homeowners meeting with election of two board members –

Tom Hytry and Jim Lee’s seats are up this year – will be on Monday, January 8^th, at 7:00 p.m. In addition, the above improvement proposal and special assessment with be covered.
