Presidents Report: 5 Letters on Covenant Violations were send out – 4 resolved. One homeowner has been parking cars on the street because of a temporary situation. The Board is allowing them to park extra cars by the tennis courts until the temporary situation is resolved.
Committee Reports
Clubhouse: Exterior trim will be painted soon.
Pool: On Thursday night 7/28 there was an act of vandalism at the pool. Large quantities of stones from the playground were thrown into the pool. A police report was filed.
Grounds: Fence around the tennis courts has been fixed. Looking into filling the cracks in driveway.
Architectural: Looking into different types of roofing to allow. Note that the Covenants allows the architectural committee to approve any materials for roof that keeps with the spirit of development of Oak Creek Subdivision – Article 12 section C. Samples to be at the annual meeting in January.
Old Business: The website is continuing to get hits each month. Please check it for up to date information.
New Business: Due to the drought, the water levels in the area have dropped. Keep that in mind as you water because many of the private wells may tap into the same aquifers. The board encourages each of us to try to conserve.
