Minutes of the April 11, 2005 OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Present were the following board members: Beth Johnson, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala and Arlene Wymer.

Treasurer’s Report: All homeowners are current with the monthly assessment.

Assets for the Association currently are $53,572.00. Note: Most of the expenses for the Association are during the summer months with the pool and grounds.

Committee Reports

Club House: For homeowners wanting to rent the clubhouse, contact Sandy Worzala (553-1611). Information on renting the clubhouse and availability will be on our website under the clubhouse page shortly.

Grounds: Bids are being taken for work on the path around the pond.

New Business: On behalf of the Oak Creek homeowners, the board would like to extend our sympathy to the Fahlmark family on the death of Traci Fahlmark last month. A memorial tree will be planted in her honor.

Website: The Oak Creek website has pages for homeowners to list services they offer (babysitting, cat sitting, lawn cutting, etc) or recommendations of service providers that they had good experience with. Send any information to webmaster@oakcreekhomeowners.org.
