HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING / BOARD MEETING MINUTES
January 10,
2022 MEETING
7:01pm start called to order
In Attendance:
Board Members Ted Ergo, Linda Grahovec,
Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry
The first part of the meeting was the Annual Association Meeting.
The two orders of business were the election of two board members
for two years and
the approval of monthly assessment amount for 2021.
There were three candidates for the two positions: Linda Grahovec
(Current board member),
Andrew Lupole and Nabil Fayoumi. Vote totals were 19 for Linda Grahovec,
Andrew 25 votes, and 9 for
Nabil Fayoumi. Association members votes either in person at
the meeting, Zoom or Proxy.
The two new members of the board based on vote total are Linda and
Andrew.
Ted will remain a Chair, Andrew with be a new Secretary, and Tom
move to Treasurer.
Linda and Eric remain as at-large board members.
With had more candidates than open positions which I think is a
first. Because the candidates entered the race late, we did not have time to do
an informational mailing to the homeowners.
The second item The board requested that the assessment amount
remain unchanged. The monthly assessment of $105 per month for 2022 (no
increase) was approved.
The annual meeting was then adjourned and we when into the regular
monthly.

January Board Meeting:
The minutes of the December Board Meeting were approved.
2022 Budget:
The board presented the 2022 budget (which was on the event page
of the Oak Creek web site).
was approved by the board. (Note: in the Bylaws, it is the board that approves the operating budget.)
Committee Reports:
Grounds Committee: Pond work is done for the year. Restart with seeding in the spring.
Clubhouse Committee: Window treatment approved.
Architectural Review Committee: The two board members on the
committee for 2022 will be Linda Grahovec as chair and Tom Hytry.
The non- board member is Carson Booras,
Tennis Court: Covered for winter.
Pool: No report
Welcome Committee: One new resident.
Social Committee: No report.
Haleas Group:
coupon booklet mailed to homeowners in error. Working with Haleas to clarity what happened
and work out how we want to handle monthly assessment in the
future.
