OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

September 13, 2021

7:00 pm start – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Linda Grahovec, Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry

Community – Sandy Worzala, Jean Paetzel, Kim Baer, Carole Crum, Nabil Fayoumi,

Will & Kathleen Carroll, John &Victoria Robinson, Corrinne Higgins, Dorothy Jarman,

Jeanne Brommer, George Booras.

The minutes of the August Board Meeting were approved.

Finance: $32,200 in checking, $107,600 in other.

Clubhouse: getting estimate for blinds.

Grounds:

Pond: Working on proposal for phase 2: Increase Pond by %25, grade, seed/strew cover surface

and add blacktop if contactor has some form other jobs. Work done by winter.

Estimate cost is $7000. Vote on it at next meeting.

Cost of first phase is approx. $20K.

Path: Clean up/ remove dead trees after leaves fall.

Pool: Good year but closing on Sept 15. Thanks for everyone the helped.

ARC: 1 addition to a garage.

Social: Looking to see if anyone is interested in a Holiday party or

a Progressive New Year Eve party.

Legal: Board has contracted local area attorney to represent the association in legal matters.

Have not heard back. Starting to look for other options.
