OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

November 8, 2021

7:01 p. m. – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry, Eric Paetzel

Community – Sandy Worzala, Jim & Janica Lee,

John Robinson, Dorothy Jarman, Jean Paetzel,

Jeanne Brommer, George Booras, Kari Martin

The minutes of the September Board Meeting were approved with one correction.

The October minutes will be correct to state that phase two of the pond was approved by the board prior to the October meeting.

Finance: $37K in checking, $107K in reserves. Planed projects: $23K in accounts receivable remaining in 2021.

The finance committee is working on the 2022 budget. A draft will be presented at the December meeting and voted on at the

January meeting.

Pond: Work is continuing. Progress has been slowed down by the need to pump out rainwater – the pond really seems to hold the rainwater well.

Path: Cleanup/ remove dead trees after leaves fall. Free Firewood.

Pool: no report

Tennis Courts: Are in the process of being winterized (covered)

ARC: On new roof approved

Social: The use of a “Pumpkin Balloons” for the homeowner to invite trick or treaters to their door worked well. Will repeat next year.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m. (record time for shortest meeting.)

January election of new board members:

At the January meeting we will be electing two board members:

the seats held by Linda Grahovec and Ray Mertens.

Ray Mertens does not plan on running for a new two-year term.

At the least we will need someone to fill his position.

December Meeting:

December 13 at club house
