OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

March 8, 2020 – ZOOM MEETING

It’s Spring: Kids are riding bike on the roads and people are walking. Please Slow Down.

7:04 pm start – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Linda Grahovec, Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry

Community – Sandy Worzala, Jean Paetzel, George Booras, Dave Hanck,

Beth Johnson

Haleas Group LLC – Mandy Briggs.

The minutes of the February Board Meeting were approved.

Finance: Checking $33,315 and Reserves $107,500.

We will me using the save person that prepared our taxes under Ave 1000 for this year’s taxes.

Financial Committee formed to help with Finance; members are Eric Paetzel, Ted Ergo, and Jim Lee.

Pond: On hold until better weather. Pond Committee has asked a number of companies to give proposes on pond.

Legal: Looking for a local area attorney to represent the association in legal matters.

In past year we used one associated with Ave 1000.

Committee Reports:

Grounds Committee: Tree down on path – will be removed.

Clubhouse Committee: Clubhouse windows project complete.

Clubhouse feels warmer without the drafts. Cost same as estimate.

Pool: New person has been found to open and close the pool.

He will be charging the same as last year.

ARC: One new roof approved, one approved roof under discussion–

original roofing material is not available.

Social: Looking for an event before the Fourth of July. Maybe a pool opening

community event – all dependent on what happens with Covid-19.

Executive Session: Board met in executive to discuss one homeowner that was

behind in their monthly assessments. The board decide to consult with

our association attorney on options.

(Note: we are in the process of getting an association attorney – see above.)
