OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

July 12, 2021

7:02 pm start – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Linda Grahovec, Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry

Community – Sandy Worzala, Jean Paetzel, Eilleen & Gene Dunne,

Ed Grahovec, Art Woodward, Joe & Jessica Giese.

The minutes of the June Board Meeting were approved.

Finance: 158K in checking and reserves.

(Hales Group was later getting July financial datal to us – full report next month.)

Pond: Work started. Redone Pond will be 1 acre in size and depth will be 6 feet below water level.

Cost of this phase is approx. $20K.

Legal: Board has contracted local area attorney to represent the association in legal matters.

Committee Reports:

Grounds Committee:

Tennis courts: The tennis courts surface will need major work. Board is looking into options for next year.

One option is coving it with “sport court” multi-use surface which can be used for multiple activities.

Cost could be over 60K. Anyone interested in help with the project contact Ted Ergo.

ARC: 1 shed approved

Pool: No reports

Club House: No reports

Social: June 27^th: Oak Creek Homeowners Assn. Park Dedication & Pool Party

We every successful, 1/4 of homeowners attended. Pictures will be posted on

the Oak Creek Web site.

Haleas Group: Getting clarification on how to get on assessment letter for home closing.

Highway 71 widening: There was a discussion on what will happen to our

Oan Creek Monuments at the entrance to Oak Creek. We don’t have enough

information to determine what will happen.

Other there was a discussion about allowing privacy fences for the lots

bordering Highway 71.

Both discussions are just in the starting stages. More information

as the next few meetings.
