OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

December 13, 2021

7:00 p. m. – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry, Linda Grahovec

Community – Gene Dunne, Carole Crum, Luis Aguirre, Jazel Ramirez

The minutes of the September Board Meeting were approved

Finance: $40K in checking, $107K in reserves.

Clubhouse: Need to replace missing cupola. Quotes are being taken.

New furniture for Clubhouse foyer planned. Anyone wants the old chair/couch

please contact Carole Crum..

Pond: Stone in place, culvert installed. Water at 4.5 ft.

Fine grading and seeding in spring.

Path: Cleanup/ remove dead trees after leaves fall. Free Firewood.

Pool: Last year total cost $13,270.

Inside surface of pool need to be redone. Getting quotes.

Tennis Courts: Looking into turning it into an ice rink for winter.

Put down liner and use the weight of the ice in place of the sand bags.

ARC: No report

Social: No interest expressed for holiday party.

Draft 2022 Budget: Draft budget was reviewed.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.

January election of new board members:

At the January meeting we will be electing two board members:

the seats held by Linda Grahovec and Ray Mertens.

Ray Mertens does not plan on running for a new two-year term.

At the least we will need someone to fill his position.

After election of new board members, the 2022 budget

will be presented. Depending on the discussion that follows

the board may either approve the budget or revise it

for a vote at the February meeting.

(Note the budget is approved by the board and not the general membership –

if you want direct input on the budget, we are looking for at least one new

person for the board.)

January Meeting:

January 10, 7:00 p.m. at club house
