OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES

Areil 12, 2020 – ZOOM MEETING

7:02 pm start – called to order

In Attendance:

Board Members – Ted Ergo, Linda Grahovec, Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens, Tom Hytry

Community – Sandy Worzala, Jean Paetzel, Dave Hanck, Jeanne Brommer,

Beth Johnson, Marcia Valenzeno

Haleas Group LLC – Mandy Briggs.

The minutes of the March Board Meeting were approved.

Finance: Checking $32,600 and Reserves $107,800.

Financial Committee formed to help with Finance; members are Eric Paetzel, Ted Ergo, and Jim Lee.

Met one time – will have report for next meeting.

Pond: Board approved resolution to let Pond Committee contact with contractor to do phases 1 of project which is

to clear out silt that has build up in pound (3 ft) to determine next stage.

Legal: Narrowing list of local area attorney to represent the association in legal matters.

In past year we used one associated with Ave 1000.

Committee Reports:

Grounds Committee: Path to be sprayed for weeds.

Approval putting up a “Little Library” box by the playground.

Driveway/parking area around clubhouse to be refinished –

cracks filled in – heavy coat of SealMaster asphalt based pavement sealer to both parking lot’s.

Clubhouse Committee: no report

Pool: No report

ARC: One new roofing material approved – listed on web page.

Roofing web page to be renamed ARC page.

Process for approving new roofs and tree removal will be explained.

Social: Next event will be dependent on pool opening details as well as forthcoming CDC guidance on public gatherings.

Tennis Courts – Open by end of month.
