March 11, 2020 Oak Creek HOA Meeting and Board Meeting Minutes

Board members present: Ted Ergo, Eric Paetzel, Ray Mertens and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Doug & Judy Palmer,

Jean Paetzel, Dave Hanck, Mike Davis, George Booras, Beth Johnson and Gene Dunne.

The minutes of the February Board meeting were approved.

Grounds: Three bids (including Semper FI) for landscaping were solicited.

The board decided to go with Arbeen Landscaping whose bid was ~$2,400 less than

Semper FI (our current provider)

New Playground Equipment: The playground committee presented three proposals ranging from 25K to 40K. After much discussion about options the board set a range of between 25K and 32K for the

project. The committee will report back at the next meeting. If you wish to give input to

the committee contact Gene Dunne (708-212-8822)

Basketball Hoop will also be added somewhere in the driveway area.

Clubhouse – Non-working toilet in clubhouse was replaced.

Finance: 46K in checking – 109K in reserve. Some of these funds are earmarked for

future costs associated with the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Courts.

Pool: Getting ready for Spring. Will open at noon on Saturday (May 23) of Memorial Day weekend.

ARC: Two requests for new roof approval. One request to approve tree removal.

Social: No report

Welcome committee: No report

Next Association Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2020 7:00 p.m.

Please note that board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.
