January 13, 2020 Oak Creek HOA Annual and Board Meeting Minutes

 Board members present: Ted Ergo, Ellen Larson, Linda Grahovec and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Kim & John Baer, Judy Palmer, Dave Hanck, George Booras, Jeanne Brommer, Gene & Elleen Dunne, Jim & Janice Lee, Randy & Leeann Olson, Ed Grahove and, Don Hahn. Also present was Carol Smith from Avenue 1000.

Annual Meeting:

Since no one stepped up to fill the last vacancy on the board and no having a quorum at the meeting it was decided to postpone the meeting to February. It will be before the normal February board meeting.

Note: One of the ideas discussed at the meeting before it was adjourned was to have a professional management company run the subdivision in place of the board. This would most liking increase by over a $1000 a year each homeowners costs but if no one want to spend their time helping run the subdivision we may have no choice. It will be one of items at the February meeting.

Monthly Board Meeting:

The minutes of the December Board meeting were approved.

The meeting was very short with few committee reports.

Grounds: Dave Hanck stepped up to head the committee this coming year – many thanks.

Clubhouse – Need to chair person – have three people will to help on the committee.

Finance: No Report

Pool: No report

ARC: No report

Social: Pool Party around time pool opens

Welcome committee: No report
