The Board ordered and has received the title search report on the property.  The land trust ownership is reflected along with two old liens that are ‘attached’ to the property.  As such, the Board will be drafting a letter to the Trustee as to what will need to be accomplished prior to conveyance of this property to the OCHOA.

May Board Meeting - Next Association Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019
