January Homeowners Annual Meeting: January 13, 2020 will be our annual meeting.

Please plan on attending.  The board needs feedback on how we are doing and this is the time to help set the direction for the coming year. This is the perfect time for you to voice your suggestions for improvements and/or changes for the coming year.  This is your association (which you are assessed

$1260 a year).  The board willingly gives their time serving on the board, but we can not

do it in a vacuum.

We plan to order pizza for all to be served after the meeting. BYOB and enjoy socializing with your community!

Grounds:  Still working on getting one large tree removed from path.

Clubhouse: Exit sign outside women’s bathroom will be replaced.  Lockboxes on thermostats will be removed. Will purchase plate to join freezer and refrigerator doors in kitchen.

Pool: Waiting on one final bill for pool (opening and closing costs) will have by end of year so we can

do the 2020 budget.

Finance: 96K in savings, 39K in checking.  Goal was to have in saving the equivalent of one year’s assessments.  We are at that point.   Some of the funds in the reserve are reserved for future expenses such as pool/tennis court expenses and new windows for the club house.

No homeowners are in arrears with assessments.

Ave 1000: Board approved extending our contact with Ave 1000 through 2020.

ARC:  No report

Holiday party was a success with about 25 people attending.  The Board expressed its appreciation to Linda Grahovec for organizing the party and to Dorothy Jarman and John and Kim Baer, who put up all the festive decorations.

The Board adjourned to Executive Session to discussed Lot 7. Lot 7 needs to be officially conveyed to the association.  Appropriate lawyer contacted and issue is in the process of being resolved.  The regular Board meeting was reconvened, and the meeting was adjourned.
