January 2018 Oak Creek Association Meeting

MINUTES OF THE January 16th HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING

Election of two members to the governing board: Two openings on the board were up for election.

Ellen Larson and Linda Grahovec stepped up and were elected unanimously.

Departing members are last year’s President and Director, Al Harderson and John Robinson.

Eric Paetzel, Ted Ergo and Tom Hytry remain on the board; their terms are up next year.

For this year: Ted accepted President, Eric remains Treasurer, Tom remains Secretary.

We are confirming the committee head and they will be listed in next month’s minutes.

Finance: The monthly assessment will remain at $105 per month. The 2018 budget was reviewed and will be voted on next month. The 2018 budget is on the web site’s minute’s page.

We have 28K in checking and 54K in reserve (including 6.8K set aside for the clubhouse kitchen)

Clubhouse: The outside door to the west room was replaced.

Tennis Courts: The winter cover on the court was ripped by the winds and will be fixed.

Next board meeting: The second Monday in February, February 12th starting at 7:00 p.m.
