Minutes of the November
13th Homeowners Association Meeting:
Board members present: Al Hardersen, Ted Ergo, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry
The following homeowners were also present: Dorothy Jarman, Sandy Worzala, Jim & Janice Lee, Kim Baer, Carole Crum, Ray Mertens, Nabil Fayouni and Ed & Linda Grahovec.
Roof replacements: Homeowners who are replacing their roofing need
to get approval from the Architectural Review Committee. On the web site is a list of approved asphalt roof shingles. Even if you use one
of the shingles listed, you will still need to inform the Architectural Review
Committee. Jim Lee

Clubhouse – West Room: Outside door and frame need to be replaced. (Not included in the original project)
Clubhouse - Kitchen: We have $4,800 left over from the West Room and ~2K from the east entrance insurance payouts. These funds are planned to be used to update the clubhouse kitchen. A committee has been formed and will report at the December meeting on a plan for the updates.
Grounds: Looking into doing a controlled burn around the retention pond to control invasive plants. Grounds committee will be reporting on options at the December meeting.
Tennis Courts: Cracks in tennis court are to the point that they need to be addressed. Looking at ~19K to properly fix the courts and recoat them. Courts will be covered in plastic for the winter to stop more damage being done.
Finance: 20K in Checking, 54K in Reserves. (Does not include the $4,800 left over from West Room project.) Budget process for next year has started with all committee’s submitting proposed budget requests for 2018.
Social: Oak Creek Holiday party is scheduled for the first Friday in December; December 1st. See attached flyer.
Next board meeting: The second Monday in December; December 11th starting at 7:00 p.m.
Annual meeting to be held Monday 1-15-18.
