OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Minutes of the May 4, 2015 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member were present: Al Harderson, Kim Baer, Eric Paetzel, Rebecca Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Dorothy Jarman, Jim & Janice Lee, George Booras, Jeanne Brommer, Dave Hanck and Beth Johnson.

Finance: Current assists ~64K.

Pool: Will open an the Saturday, May 23. 2015 rules and forms will be in mailboxes before the opening ( and also on our website.)

Play Ground: George Booras is heading up a committee on the Play Grounds. They are scheduled to meet during May and will report back at the June Association meeting.

Grounds: Looking at redoing the path include new base. Getting bids.

Tennis Courts: Board approved a bid for $11K to resurface the courts.

Satellite Dishes The architecture committee will be contacting those homeowners whose dishes to not fall into the association guide lines. (Which is required by Article III, Section 12E of the Covenants.) A meeting is scheduled with these homeowners during May and a report with be given at the June Association meeting.

Morgan Creek Drainage District: Three directors appointed including our own Jim Lee. The district has not had it first meeting yet. ( Note: currently Oak Creek is not in the Drainage District but were are in the watershed.)

Social: Planning a number of every including a repeat of the Ice Cream Social of last year. More detail next month including dates.

It’s Spring: Kids are more likely to be walking on the road. Please slow down!

Also dog owners please reminder to clean up after them.

Oak Creek Garage Sale: Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1.
