OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Minutes of the March 16, 2015 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member were present: Al Harderson, Kim Baer, Eric Paetzel, Rebecca Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Dorothy Jarman, Gene Dunne, Jeanne Brommer, Portia Maudel, and Randy Olson.

Finance: Current assists ~60K. The 2015 draft budget was presented at the meeting. It will be voted on at the April meeting.

Please note: We are looking at improvements for the Play Ground which are not in

the budget and may be postponed to next year.

Tennis Courts: We are looking for bids to resurface the courts. They have not been done for 7 years and it will incur more costs if they are not done this year.

Rental for Houses: Randy Olson is preparing a set of guidelines for owners renting their houses in Oak Creek.

Morgan Creek Drainage District:. The County Board has appointed our own resident Jim Lee as one of three commissioners to the district.

Social: There will be an Easer Egg hunt on Saturday, April 4 – see enclosed flyer.

Oak Creek Garage Sale: Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3.

Social/Pool: This will be a join committee meeting after the April board meeting to look at kids activities the a homeowners may want to sponsor for the summer months.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6.
