OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Minutes of the June 1, 2015 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member were present: Al Harderson, Kim Baer, Eric Paetzel, Mike & Rebecca Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Jim & Janice Lee, George Booras, Dave Hanck, Fred Krug, Ray Mertens, John & Donna Palmer, Jan Cherry, Sandy Worzala and Beth Johnson.

Finance: Current assists ~64K.

Play Ground: George Booras is in charge of the playground committee meeting. Four homeowners were present. Their conclusions: due to safety and time needed we should do it professionally. Wait to next year and budget for it.

Pool: Normal problems but pool is open.

Grounds: Looking at redoing the path which may include new base. Still getting bids.

Working on entrance lights.

Tennis Courts: Redoing surface.

Satellite Dishes: Guide lines are being drawn up for homeowners who want to put up the dishes in the future and will be posted on the website.

Social: Rebecca Bender is taking charge of the social committee.

Tom Hytry fall party – Oct 10 – not association paid for

Halloween Trunk and Treat at club house

December Holiday party at club house.

Oak Creek Garage Sale: Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6.
