Minutes of the August 3, 2015 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association

Board member present: Eric Paetzel, Kim Baer, Rebecca Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jeanne Brommer, Carole Crum, Beth Johnson, George Booras , Dave Hanck, Sandy Worzala..

Pool: Getting chemical mix fixed to control algae in pool.

Leak in pool, have a temp fix, will fix at the end of the season, cost about $1300.

The pool will be open until Sept. 21^st, weather permitting. If the temperature is below 70 for the majority of the day, the pool will be closed.

There will be full attendant coverage 12:00-8:00 until August 30^th.

Thereafter, attendants will be available 3:30-7:30 on weekdays and 12-8 on the weekends.

Kids are allowed in the pool area 12- 3:30, although they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (NO attendant will be available, swim at your own risk)

Clubhouse: AC left on after use. The drain backed up and caused some flooding in one room.

Will put the AC on the timer to turn down after it is turned up.

3 Oak Creek Drive: Sheriff sale held with possible buyer since some legal thing need to be finalized before sale is final.

Social: Both Hot Dog cook out and Ice Cream social held with limited turn out.

Next activity will be Tom Hytry Fall Party (Oct 9) and Halloween.

Oak Creek Garage Sale: Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3.

An add will be placed in the paper. Just put balloons on your mail boxes.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14.
