OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Minutes of the April 6, 2015 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member were present: Al Harderson, Kim Baer, Eric Paetzel, Rebecca Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Jim Lee, Fred Krug, Caren Farrell, George Booras, Gene Dunne, Jeanne Brommer, Sandy Worzala and Beth Johnson.

Finance: Current assists ~63K. The 2015 budget was approved. See last month’s minutes for the actual budget

Play Ground: George Booras is heading up a committee on the Play Ground. A survey will be send out in a future minutes mailing asking homeowners about possible option for it and choices on how to pay for it. We will be also looking into having association members help build it. George did have two estimates for $20k and $40K for redoing the

Play Ground.

Tennis Courts: Board approved a bid for $11K to resurface the courts.

Satellite Dishes: It has come to the board notice that a number of homeowners have installed satellite dishes without getting the approval of the architecture committee.

The architecture committee will be contacting those homeowners whose dishes to not fall into the guide lines. (Which is required by Article III, Section 12E of the Covenants.)

Oak Creek Garage Sale: Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4.
