May 2014 OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Minutes

Minutes of the June 2, 2014 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member present: Gene Dunne, Fred Krug, Al Harderson, Michael Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Beth Johnson, Dorothy Jarman, Jeanne Brommer, Tom Novak, Sandy Worzala, Pat and Dave Hanck.

Finance: 105K in assets

Grounds: Entrance light replaced.

Weed control on the path was done. Also downed trees removed from path by board members.

Pool: Pool resurfaced, pool is open.

Clubhouse: Winter damage to clubhouse is being repaired. Cost to association after insurance should be about $1750.

61 Oak Creek Drive: Because of the lack of progress on the repairing of the fire damage, the association has decided to fine the owners of the property. The fines will start in at the end of June if the outside damage to the house is not finished in three weeks.

Social: The next social event has once again been moved due to the late opening of the pool. The new date is Saturday July 5 The social committee is planning on making this a major event to encourage our new neighbors to get to know the neighborhood. Events are being planned for both adults and kids. Anyone interested in helping please contact Tom Hytry 630 263-1768 or tom@hytry.net. A flyer will walked around the neighborhood.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday July 7.
