Minutes of the January 13, 2014 Annual meeting of Oak Creek Homeowners Association and minutes of the January 13, 2014 Board Meeting.

Minutes of the Annual meeting:

Election of two members to the governing board: Two openings on the board were up for election. Al Hardersen and Michael Bender ran and were elected to the board.

Departing from the board were Dorothy Jarman (who had been chair for the last four years) and Tom Novak.

Since Al Hardersen was not present at the meeting, the committee did not elect new officers. Gene Dunne volunteered to be temporary chair until the February meeting.

Committees: We are looking for volunteers to help on the following committees:

Club House

Social

Pool

Architectural

Grounds

Tom Novak (after 8+ years is leaving the Ground Committee) so we need a new chair for it.

The same people have been doing this work for a number of years and we need new people to help. If you are interested please contact Gene Dunne..

Finance: Fred will be presenting a financial report for 2013 at the February meeting.

Next Year’s expenses with include redoing the surface of the pool and fixing the roof of the clubhouse.

Monthly assessments: The monthly assessment is not changing and will remain at $85 per month.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday February 3. Please note that this is the first Monday of the month and not the second.
