OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Minutes of the February 3, 2014 meeting of the board of the Oak Creek Homeowners Association.

All board member were present: Gene Dune, Fred Krug, Al Harderson, Michael Bender and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners where also present: Beth & Jeff Johnson, Carle Crum, Sandy Worzala, Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak and Dave Hanck.

Officers For Year: Gene Dunne is the new President, Fred Krug will continue to be Treasurer, Tom Hytry will continue to be Secretary.

Committees: Club House: Carole Crum and Beth Johnson

Pool: Jeanne Brommer.

Grounds.: Michael Bender

Architectural: Jim Lee

Social: Tom Hytry

Finance: Fred presented a overview of 2013 expenses and a proposed budget for 2014.

The new budget will be voted on at the March meeting.

The proposed budget is on the web site on the “minutes” page just under these minutes.

Next year’s budget includes $102K in expenses with Association income of $73K leaving

the need to use $29K from reserves.

The reason for the deficit is work needed on the pool including redoing the pool surface (~30K), replacing the sand and filers (~1.5K) and getting a robot cleaner.
