61 Winding Creek: In the processes of selling it to his son-in-law. The Board had previously contacted the Kendall County Building & Zoning department and was told a letter had been sent informing the owners that the structure is in an unsatisfactory condition. A building permit has not been requested as of this date.  One will be required to rebuild the structure.

Highway 71: IDOT held a meeting in Yorkville to display the plan for 71. It will be a divided highway similar to Orchard Rd.  They will be openings for turning at both of our entranceways.  We will also be losing our entrance signs to make way for the highway right-of –way.   No time frame was given when the work will start. There is no funding to do the work between 126 on Orchard Rd as of yet.

Pool: Closed for the season. If you are missing anything – please check the lost and found – there are multiple clothes and toys left behind. Please empty any lockers by Oct 15 or they will be emptied for you.  Contact Carole Crum for access to club house.

Architecture: Architecture Committee recommends allowing the use of Hardy Board which is a cement composite material for sheds.  They are also contemplating the use of Hardy Board for the main structure.  Both applications would require a change in the Covenants. The committee is working on the wording of the change. It then needs to be approved by ¾ of the residents.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, October 7.
