OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Tom Novak and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Jim Lee, Sandy Worzala, Paul Augius, Beverly Novak, and Terry Mulhall.

Finance: 76K in assess.

Architecture: The Covenant Change to allow Hardy Board which is a cement composite material for all structures has passed The Covenants will be updated to show this change.

Clubhouse: The club house has passed all fire and safely code inspections.

Pool: Closed for the season. If you are missing anything – please check the lost and found – there are multiple clothes and toys left behind. Please empty any lockers by Nov. 1 or they will be emptied for you. Contact Carole Crum for access to club house.

Getting estimates for resurfacing the pool. It been 15 years since it has been done and it normally lasts only 8 to 10 years.

Grounds: We have signed at three year contact (with not increase in costs locked in) with the lawn company to do the lawns.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, November 4.
