OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., All board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Tom Novak, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala and Beth Johnson.

Finance: 76K in assess.

61 Winding Creek: The propriety has been sold. As a condition of sale the board has retained a 25K escrow account which will be released when the property is repaired to Oak Creek Architectural standards.

Clubhouse: The large room in the east side of the club house developed a link in the ceiling. Move information next month.

Pool: Still getting estimates for resurfacing the pool. It been 15 years since it has been done and it normally lasts only 8 to 10 years.

Grounds: There a number of trees on the clubhouse grounds that are infected with Ash bore bugs and may have to be removed this spring. Board is looking into it.

Holiday Social: A holiday get together is scheduled for Friday December 6 at the club house starting at 6:30 p.m. Please bring something to pass around. The Association will provide: plastic cups, plates, forks and paper ware. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Annual Homeowners Meeting: January 6. There will be two position open on the board.

This meeting is a good time for homeowners to give input into what the board should do or not do in the coming year.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, December 2.
