Minutes of the March 4, 2013

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Victor & Lisa Doran.

Finance: 104K in assess. We are going into the summer sending season in good shape.

Budget: Fred Krug has proposed that we keep the same budget as we had last year. It was approved. This year’s budget is on the website “oakcreekhouseowners.org” under the minutes page. It’s under the “February 2013” entry.

Committees: Lisa Doran has agreed to handle the clubhouse rentals and schedule. She can be contacted at 330 647-0175 or Dustylane96@yahoo.com. She will be working with Carole Crum who will be handling the day-to-day maintenance of the clubhouse.

The grounds committee is looking for a new co-chairman. Tom Novak has been chairman for a number of years and is looking someone to help.

Pool committee chair will continue to be Jeanne Brommer with help from Dave Hanck.

Architectural: Jim Lee chair

Social – Tom Hytry chair

Minutes: This will be the last month that Ave 1000 will be sending out a hard copy of the minutes. To save costs, the minutes will just be placed on the Oak Creek Web page:

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, April 1.
