Minutes of the June 3, 2013

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala, Dave Hanck,

John & Donna Palmer and Sandy Hurley.

61 Winding Creek: The board through it’s lawyer sent a register letter to the homeowner asking about what they intent to do about the property.

Finance: 113K in assess. This is before we redo the parking lot and replace shrubs (see below)

Front Clubhouse parking lot: Should be done as of writing of the minutes.

Grounds: The paths have been sprayed for weeds and the association trees have been trimmed.

Club house ground: 15 tress were trimmed (coast $1200). We may lose 5 trees because of emerald ash borers.

Pool: Need work on the pool pump to handle power failures. It needs to be re-primed each time there is a power failure.

Pump room needs work, new shelves and floor coverings.

Social: First family night at the pool was canceled due to cool temps. The next will be on the second Thursday of July, July 11, 7:00 p.m. If the family night is canceled at the last minutes it will be posted on the main page of the Oakcreek web site.

The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Note: This is intended to be a social night to meet your neighbors and you can bring whatever you like to drink.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, July 1..
