OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Fred Krug, Tom Novak, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Sandy Worzala, Jeanne Brommer, Dave Hanck.

61 Winding Creek: The board through it’s lawyer sent a register letter to the homeowner asking about what they intent to do about the property. We got a reply. The insurance clam is still not settled.

Finance: 89K in assess. This is after paying for redoing the parking lot and replacing shrubs.

Club house: Beth Johnson ( 630-553-9722) is now in charge to reservation for the club house.

The club house was inspected for safety issues and needs to be updated to safety codes including fire extinguishers and working exit signs. We are getting bids on this.

The board is looking into updating the inside of the clubhouse next year. Any one with interest in helping, please contact Dorothy Jarman.

Pool: Rumors of a leak in the pool proved to be false.

Pool room floor fixed and pump fixed.

Grounds: The rest of the walking path should be finished by the end of the month.

Trailers in driveways. Two letters were sent to homeowners with trailer habitually parked in their driveways.

Speed Limits: Please be careful when driving in the subdivision especially at night.

Including slowing down.

Social: The next family night at the pool will be on the Second Thursday of August, August 8 , 7:00 p.m. If the family night is canceled at the last minutes it will be posted on the main page of the Oakcreek web site.

The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Note: This is intended to be a social night to meet your neighbors and you can bring whatever you like to drink.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, August 5.
