Minutes of the Annual
meeting:
Election of three members to the governing board: Three openings on the board were up for election. There were not new volunteers to seat on the board so the current three members whose term were up agreed to continue for two more years. They were Fred Krug, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry. The board officers for this year are:
Dorothy Jarman – President
Fred Krug – Treasurer
Tom Hytry – Secretary
Committees: We are looking for volunteers to help on the following committees:
Club House
Social
Pool
Architectural
Grounds
The same people have been doing this work for a number of years and we need new people to help. If you are interested please contact Dorothy Jarman.
Finance: The association ended the year with $94,000. This was an increase of $19,000 from last year. Fred will be presenting a financial report for 2012 at the February meeting.
Next Year’s expenses with include repairing the cracks in the tennis courts and repaving the front club house parking lot.
Grounds: The Oak Creek entrance electrical wiring was replaced (cost ~$700) and we shouldn’t have problems with the lights. We are going with the same lawn care as last year (and at the same cost). The dead plants around the club house with be replaced.
Monthly assessments: The monthly assessment is not changing and will remain at $85 per month.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday February 4. Please note that this is the first Monday of the month and not the second.
