Minutes of the February 4, 2013

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Sandy Worzala.

Uneventful meeting with little activity.

Finance: 98K in assess. Note: will need to fix the surface of the tennis courts this spring and repave the surface of the clubhouse front parking lot.

Budget: Fred Krug has proposed that we keep the same budget as we had last year. It will be voted on at the March meeting. Last year’s budget is on the website “oakcreekhouseowners.org” under the minutes page. Go to that page and click on “pre-2013 minutes” and it’s under the “February 2012” entry.

Committees: The grounds committee is looking for a new chairman. We are also in need of someone to handle the clubhouse rentals and schedule. If interested in this position, please contact Dorothy Jarman (630 553-0925) for the notebook, keys and details.

We have had the same people working these committees for years and we need new people. This is your association and if you like how your neighborhood looks and use the clubhouse and pool maybe it’s time to help out. : If we cannot get committee members, we can close the pool and clubhouse. The five board members cannot and should not be expected to do "it all".

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, March 4.
