OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., All board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Tom Novak, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala and Beth & Jeff Johnson.

Very short meeting. Good news being no news.

Finance: 80K in assess.

61 Winding Creek: The Architectural Committee approved plans for the rebuilding of the house.

Clubhouse: The large room in the east side of the club house developed a leak in the ceiling. Still looking into it.

Holiday Social: The holiday social was held in the clubhouse on Friday, December 6. It was attended by about 20 house owners and was deemed a success.

Annual Homeowners Meeting: January 6. There will be two position open on the board.

This meeting is a good time for homeowners to give input into what the board should do or not do in the coming year.
