OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Tom Novak and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Carole Crum, Dan Hahn, Beverly Novak, Sandy Worzala, Jeanne Brommer, Dave Hanck.

61 Winding Creek: As of August 13: The insurance has been resolved and a contractor has been hired. Work should begin shortly..

Club house: We are still in the process of getting the club house up to fire code.

Need to replace all exit lights. Old ones don’t function – not maintained over the years.

New ones will be LED light and should last from 15 to 20 years.

Fire Extinguishers are being replaced.

Contact being set up for yearly inspections.

Water system updated – added a sulfur removal system – the clubhouse never had one.

Pool: Will stay open until September 22 weather permitting. Pool will open for the attended hours for kids from 3:00 -7:00 weekdays and 12:00 – 8:00 on the weekends   

Pool will open for adult swim 8:00 am to 9:30 pm

Grounds: Path trimming complete – sided cleared 5 feet back from path.

Architecture: Reminder the approval of the Architecture committee is needed before building a shed..

Social: Due to lack of interest, there will be no Thursday night at the pool on September.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the second Monday, September 9.
