Minutes of the April 1, 2013

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak, Fred Krug, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Jim & Janice Lee, Lisa Doran.

From the chair: The board would like to extend their thanks to Sandy Worzala for serving on the Club House committee and handling Club House and Pool rentals for over ten years. We appreciate all of her time and effort. Thanks for a job well done!

Finance: 107K in assess.

Committees

Social – Tom Hytry chair. Any one that would like to help me organize neighborhood activities or has idea of the same are welcome to help me on the committee (of one).

Grounds: Tom N is getting quotes on replacing the dead shrubs around the club house.

Tom is still looking for help on he grounds committee. The Ground committee is responsible for be the maintenance of the grounds at the clubhouse, playground, 2-entrances and pond areas. This entails the letting and supervising of the annual contracts for grass cutting, trimming, and snow plowing.

Clubhouse: We are also getting quotes on the cost of redoing the driveway in front of the clubhouse.

Pool: License for the pool was renewed. There is a new state fee of $400 for the license.

It was zero before.

The pool is scheduled to open Saturday, May 25. You need to print-out and complete the pool information form prior to yopur first visit to the pool. The form is on the pool page on the web site.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, May 6.
