OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak, Fred Krug, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jeanne Brommer and Carole Crum.

Grounds: No new projects

Club House: Received insurance checks for ~$3800 to cover storm damage.

Board is still looking into replacement cupolas.

Pool: Closed for the season. Please empty any lockers by Oct 31 or they will be emptied for you. Contact Carole Crum for access to club house.

Finance :87K in assess.

Garage Sale: Oak Creek Subdivision Friday October 5 and Saturday October 6, 9 to 4 Add will run in the Kendall Cty record. Place balloons on your mail box.

Fall Party: Everyone is invited to my, Tom Hytry’s Fall Party on Saturday October 20, 4:00-whenever. It is a good time to meet your neighbors and maybe recruit possible new board members. Food, soda and beer will be provided (no cost to the association.)
