OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Tom Novak, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowner was also present: Sandy Worzala.

The meeting was very short will very little new business.

Grounds: Trimming of tress in common area in the spring.

A large crack in the tennis courts was noticed when the nets were taken down.

It is being looked into.

Club House: One new cupolas with weather vane was order. The center cupola will be moved to replace the destroyed cupola and the new one placed in the middle.

Pool: Closed for the season

Finance: 88K in assess.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, November 5.
